JUNE 2007

What a wild experience
Something crazy and fast
Life is an adventure
That goes by way too fast.

It is easy to get wrapped up in little things
The things that don't matter much.
We all sometimes get caught up in the rush
Get so hung up on ourselves
That we forget about others.

Sometimes the easy thing to do is go with the flow
But there are circumstances where you must take the lead.
The greatest people in history are the ones who stepped forward.
We all have potential to live something great
But, we don't always see it.

Blessings are a glorious thing
But miracles are amazing.
To see a miracle before my eyes
That is what has kept me going.

It is possible to beat yourself down
But maintain that continuous smile
Not because you hate yourself
But only to make yourself stronger.

To live and love and learn
Is simply to get hurt, battered and bruised
But the most noble make it out barely alive
Or so they say.

To have the courage to press on and continue life's
Wild ride.
Is simply to enjoy yourself and expect of yourself
Nothing short of perfect.

For when your expectations start to fall 
So does your success.
So live everyday as it is a contest.

But not competing with others,
Only with yourself.
When you push yourself to your limit
That is when you will be a star.

Being successful is not all about wealth, beauty or material things.
Success is about dedication, loyalty and fun.

And this is how I want to live my life and 
What I want to learn.

How I strive to be my best
Not for others
But simply, for myself.
